This is the third time I've purchased milk kefir grains from Yemoos. For some reason, this batch is very slow getting going -- after 4 rounds, it still only processes 1/2 c milk in 24 hours. I'm hopeful it will speed up a bit, as I'd love to do a full cup of milk each day.
The milk culture arrived looking to be in good condition and indeed, went right to work. I threw out the first batch, as expected. But the second was delicious. Thanks.

Ok, so I got live kefir grains that didn't ferment at all. I'm familiar with them; I've had them more than 3-4 times in life. I wanted to have it again, but unfortunately, what I received (for reasons nobody can guarantee with precision) did not ferment.
I bought dried water kefir grains from this store and fully reactivated them, which means they sell genuine products, and I might have gotten unlucky.
Delivery and the grains were perfect only took 3 milk changes and now grains are extremely strong. Kefir is the best Thank you
