After about a decade of cherishing and consuming my Kefir/grains daily, my grains went bad when I got sick for a month. My new grains worked instantly and I have a full jar after three or four days.
I’d never tried kefir before making my own with your grains. It’s exceptionally easy, I mix the kefir with chia/ flax/ and berries. This whole thing started because I’m trying to get more probiotics and fiber in my daily nutrition. I decided to buy a sourdough starter at the same time because “why not?” I’ve made several loaves of 100% whole wheat flour and I couldn’t have been more proud of my first loaf than I would be a first child. It too was easy, though a lot more steps than making kefir. I watched a ton of YouTube videos and started baking. Very happy with your products!

I cannot add much to a caption above. Overall product experience from ordering to support was spotless for me. I also realized that “relationship” between kefir culture and milk is quite complex and will never be similar for different types of milk.
The kefir grains began producing kefir quickly and reliably
