great product. their instructions for making kefir are easy to follow. be patient with the grains. after not too long I was making 6 cups a day.
The grains showed up plump and healthy. They were active and making good tasting kefir after only 3 days which is way faster than other brands I've used in the past. Definitely impressed and would recommend.
Thank you for your milk kefir grains. They are amazing. Tastes very good and they are growing like crazy. Very happy
I'm unsure how to review this product. The instructions sent by Yemoos for this culture are extremely high maintenance and a bit unclear. I *think* you're supposed to change the milk daily until it stops tasting like yeast, and then... not sure, actually.
It says 1 tsp is enough for several cups but you've got tablespoons, so are you supposed to make a quart a day? Is there any way to handle this daily? I can make enough yogurt to last a week in one batch. I would love directions that tell me how to make enough kefir for a week in one batch.
I would probably do more research to figure this out but a few glugs of the culture gave me a histamine reaction. So I shoved it into the fridge and will probably give it away.
Very resilient and strong
