Wasn’t the company’s fault that my shipment was delayed almost a week, but I did contact the company and let them know and they reassured me that the cultures will still be fine. They are not. I ended up tossing them in the trash.
The grains responded very fast…in no time I was in full production. I’m trying the airlock lid system and using the temperature strips to make sure it’s warm enough. Your site has great articles that have helped me understand the whole process. Made it easy to succeed.
Took about a week to get up to speed but now working well and even creamier than my last kefir grains.
