This is my second time making kefir, and I’m really glad I tried again. The first time I used grains from another provider I found on Amazon and I couldn’t get them to taste good. The kefir was more yeasty and after about a month I gave up because I wasn’t drinking it. These grains produce really tasty kefir. I’ve only been doing it for about 2 weeks and already this kefir blows the other one out of the water. My favorite commercial kefir is Nancy’s brand, and after a few tweaks Im getting close in taste but even more powerful health-wise. These grains are super active and reproduce really quickly! I’ve already given some away and have way more than I need. All in all super satisfied. Thank you.
