Yield: This amount of kefir grains will produce about 4-6 cups of delicious kefir each batch (24-48 hours) to start with and much more as the kefir grains grow.
Notes: Dried water kefir is well suited for shipping internationally. It is also excellent if you are planning on fermenting at a later date, would like to travel with it, are worried about extreme temperatures or delays in transit or you'd simply like to store as back up for several months.

My dried water kefir grains arrived sealed safely and were successfully rehydrated. They have been working well for the last three weeks.
I ordered in the US but exported to Qatar where I live. The grains survived the few weeks it took for me to receive them during summer, and once re-hydrated are healthy and producing kefir.

My first order was live grains, but the shipper put them in my black mailbox on a 100° day. No grow.
So I got these dried grains and took them in the house immediately. Fresh water, turbanado sugar, and a spoon of molasses hot them kicking’ in about 4 days. Bottled with 1/4 cup of cherry concentrate. Just had a bottle and it tasted fantastic!
