I like the original Yemoos milk kefir, but the freeze-dried option is great for me. We travel a lot and it is more convenient to make on the road. Plus, I love that I dont have to worry about keeping extra kefir grains active and what to do with them. So far, the new grains seem to taste the same and my digestive system is happy!
Yeemos makes the best kefir grains I've ever used. I intend to buy a few more orders of the freeze dried packets so I have a ready supply. Made a quart of kefir in 24 hours from packet to fridge.
