Thanks, this is the best site I have come across to learn about Kerfir, I have only been making the Kerfir milk for 2 weeks and was beginning to get a bit worried as too whether I was on the right rack or not. I found your site and everything about it is helpful and I am now so much more confident in what I am doing. One question, is there an optimum amount to consume each day? Thanks for your helpfulness. I am looking forward to trying the baking and other recipes when I have enough culture to use.
